Donna J. (Moschella) Harding

Donna J. (Moschella) Harding, 74, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at Golden LivingCenter-Hillview.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Mike and Mary Jane (Ferro) Moschella. She was twice married, first to the late William Markel, then to the late John M. Harding.

Surviving are a daughter, Alicia (Markel) Harrison and husband, Joe, of Royersford; a son, William Markel Jr. and wife, Joyce, of Altoona; three grandchildren: David and Vincent Edevane and Kayla Markel; a brother, Michael Moschella in Delaware; two half sisters: Misty Moschella and Doll Kitt, both of Altoona; an aunt, Peenie Colliflower of Altoona; and an uncle, William "Buddy" Farrell of Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Peenie Ann Morgan.

Donna retired from the Juniata Silk Mill as a machine operator. She was a member of Unter Uns and enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and watching reality TV.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, and 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at Santella Funeral Home, Father Ron Osinski officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.
