Kenneth R. Eichenlaub

Kenneth R. Eichenlaub, 65, of Mount Joy, succumbed to cancer surrounded by his family on Tuesday November 10, 2015. He was born in Altoona son of the late Ralph and Mary (Hoover) Eichenlaub

Ken is survived by his wife Helen “Dee Dee” (McCulley) of 45 blessed years. Two daughters: Cindi (Jeff) Lemen and Robin Eichenlaub. A son Ralph. A grandson Jamie Lemen. He is also survived by Five sisters: Joan Hampton, Rosemary Richardson, Judy (Daryl) Fink, Marge (Don) Goodman, and Jeanie (Art) Klos and Two brothers: Val and Duane (Renie).

He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1969-1970.

Ken was a dedicated Nuclear Engineer spending most of his career working at Three Mile Island.

Ken loved his family dearly. He enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, riding his motorcycle, and his lifetime hero was John Wayne.

Family and friends will be received from 10:30 until the 11am memorial service on Saturday Nov. 14, 2015 at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
