She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Macharola) Rispoli. She married Robert J. Jones Sr. and he preceded her in death in 1984.

Surviving are a son, Robert J. (Vickie) Jones Jr.; two daughters: Debbie (Robert Sheppard) Tilson and Trish McCoy; four grandchildren: Michael M. and David E. Tilson and Matthew D. and Adam J. Miller; and five great-grandchildren: Caleb, Alyssa, Elias, Delaney and Harper.

She was preceded in death by a son, Dwayne Jones; and a brother, Ralph Rispoli.

Marie was an Altoona High School graduate and owned Jones' Country Shop in Duncansville.

She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Club.

Marie enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and fishing.

Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at Santella Funeral Home, Altoona, followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
