Surviving are a daughter, Donna Jean Zitsch (Ralph) of Altoona; three grandchildren: Tina Heffner (Kevin), Michele Smith (Dave) and Ralph Damion; seven great-grandchildren: Kristopher, Joshua (Breanne), Nicholas (Kaitlyn), Jilian, Dominik, Anthony and Braxton; a sister-in-law, Rosie Caporuscio; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a stepbrother, John Ott.

Betty had worked at Boyer Candy Co. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Altoona and enjoyed spending time with her family and dining at restaurants.
