She was born in Altoona, daughter of Kelley (Bongiorno) Pacifico and Tony Pacifico and his partner, Karen Rieger.

Surviving are her loving parents; her fiance, Paul Riggleman; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Alphonse and Angie Pacifico and Angelo and Carmella Bongiorno.

Brooke was a 2006 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. For the past six years, she worked as a caregiver. She loved animals and going to the beach, where she was happiest, and she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite holiday was Halloween, and she was a fan of "I Love Lucy," "Golden Girls" and "Full House."

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the noon funeral service, Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, at Santella Funeral Home, Altoona, Pastor Matt Hornberger officiating. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.

As it was Brooke's favorite color, everyone is welcome to wear purple at the service in her memory.
