Delores Lechner, 71, Altoona, passed away peacefully Monday,

Sept. 17, 2018, at her home surrounded by friends and family.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Gioiosa) Lechner.

Surviving are a son, Eric (Amanda) Lechner; three sisters: Barbara Rowles, Sandra Newberry and Debbie Dickson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers: Donald, Norman and Frank Lechner; and a sister, Rosie Lechner.

Delores worked at Altoona Hospital for 39 years as an anesthesia assistant. She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church, Altoona.

She enjoyed gardening and shopping with her family and best friend, Liz Bowers. Delores also enjoyed spending family time with her niece, Tracey, and her children, Anthony and Brooke and spending time with her dogs.

At the request of the deceased, services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home, Altoona.
