Frances A. Wombacher, 62, of Altoona passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona the daughter of the late James K. and Helen (Schneider) Ickes. She was previously married to Gerald Naugle Sr. and Will Wombacher.

Surviving is her loving mother. Her son: Gerald M. Naugle Jr.(Stacy). Four Grandchildren: Ashley, Jacob, Nason, and Riley. Two sisters: Rose Buck(Dave), and Becky Kunkle(Brett). Three Brothers: Dwayne, Michael(Cindy), and Daniel(Judy). She is also survived by her best friend and loving companion, Her cat, "Meowie".

Frances was an Altoona High School Graduate and previously worked as a Sales Associate at J.C. Penny Department Store.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with her loving family especially her mother and her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Today, March. 22, 2016 at the Santella Funeral Home where a vigil for the deceased will be held. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Committal at Calvary Cemetery. In place of flowers, the family wishes that donations be given to the American Cancer Society in memory of Frances.
