She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Albert Lestochi and Mildred Dodson.

Surviving are her husband, Haley J. Maccinile; a daughter, Karen (Daniel) Nardozza; and a son, Steven (Kristin). She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lestochi.

Georgette was a 1952 graduate of Altoona High School. She retired as a dental assistant from Drs. Yovino and Lampard's office and was also the former owner of Al's Pizza.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 14, 2014, at Santella Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014. Committal will be held at Calvary Mausoleum.
