Joseph F. "Joe" Robertazzi Jr., 68, Altoona, passed away Saturday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Altoona, son of Joseph F. Sr. and Grace D. (Marinucci) Robertazzi.

Surviving are a daughter, Joyce Haggans (Will) of Manheim; a son, Joseph F. III of Altoona; their mother, Lucinda "Cindy" Robertazzi; their grandmother, Cherie DelGrosso; two granddaughters: Trinity and Cayla Haggans; an aunt, Carmela Marin; an uncle, Michael Robertazzi; and a special cousin, Jimmy Napolitana and wife, Jeannie, and family; and many other cousins.

Joe was a 1966 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He retired as a machinist for Conrail. He loved spending time with his granddaughters, camping, fishing and motorcycling.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Santella Funeral Home, Altoona. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday,

Feb. 18, 2017, at Axe & Santella Family Chapel, 1534 Fourth St., Altoona, Father Christopher Panagoplos, T.O.R., officiating. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
