She was born in Altoona, daughter of John and Bridget (Molino) DiFolco.

Surviving are a nephew, Anthony Sottile; a niece, Lori Schneider; two great-nieces: Bella and Nichole; and two longtime friends: Beverly and Roy.

Patricia was a 1959 graduate of Altoona High School, as well as a graduate of Altoona Vo-Tech School. She retired as a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona, and she enjoyed gardening and being with her dog, Sophie.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today, July 15, 2016, at Santella Funeral Home, Altoona, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
