February 15, 1957 - December 19, 2018

Rosanne Caporuscio-Starr, 61, of Altoona, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of Amerigo and Rosie (Lear) Caporuscio, Sr. On September 30, 1978 she married John P. Starr.

Surviving are her loving husband of 40 years, two daughters: Mindy Despot (Seth) of Duncansville, Mallory Monahan (Martin), of Altoona; a brother, Patsy Caporuscio, of Altoona; 4 granddaughters: Caitlin, Bella, Giana, and Kyla; her mother, Rosie, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Amerigo Caporuscio Jr., and an infant sister, Cecelia.

Rosanne was a 1975 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. She retired as office manager from Caporuscio Plumbing and Heating Co. Rosanne was a member of Christ Community Church. Rosanne enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

Friends will be received from 2-4pm and 6-8pm Wednesday, December 26, 2018 and from 10am until the 11am celebration of life service Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the Santella Funeral Home. Barry Ickes and Kenneth Snyder officiating. Internment at Blair Memorial Park Cemetery.
