Theresa M. Kizina, 52, Altoona, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Phillipsburg, daughter of Alfred and Darrilyn (Henderson) Kizina.
Surviving are 3 daughters: Rachel, Renee, and Amanda Wagner; 6 grandchildren; a sister, Nicole Kizina; and a brother, Christopher Kizina.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Joshua Kizina.
At the request of the deceased, no viewing or services will be held. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
