He was born in Altoona, son of Carl and Lucy (Lepore) Cipriano. He married Isabelle Lepore, who passed away on Nov. 7, 1996.

Surviving are four daughters: Mary Stitt in Illinois, Isabelle Roselle of Baltimore, Md., Minnie Lumadue of Silverdale, Wash., and Deborah Lytle of Chesapeake, Va.; a sister, Minnie Glacier; a brother, Samuel; a best friend, Jackie Servello; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Victor retired as a lineman from the Pennsylvania Railroad and was a volunteer driver for the veterans hospital for many years.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Santella Funeral Home. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
