Albert A. Sinisi

Albert A. Sinisi, 87, of Altoona, PA., passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025 after a long illness surrounded by his family.

Albert was born in Altoona, PA., on October 2, 1937 to the late Anna (Martino) and Donato Sinisi.

He is survived by his daughter, Pamela Gelles; 3 grandchildren: Sheila, Stephanie and Mike Jr.; his siblings: Carmela Marin and James Sinisi; and many nieces and nephews.

He was especially close to Daniel & Julie Seitz, who were his main caregivers.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Sinisi and brothers: Michael, Americo, George, Henry, Anthony and John Sinisi Sr.

Albert worked for the Blair County Court House in mapping and retired as a tax appraiser after 23 years.

Albert was a graduate of Altoona High School. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and loved his faith.

Albert loved following sports, specifically the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Friends will be received at the 10:30am funeral Mass on Monday, September 22, 2205 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
