Beverly A. (Boland) Figliola

Beverly A. Figliola, 80, Hollidaysburg, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Cresson, daughter of the late Harry and Eleanor (Eger) Boland. She later married Patsy Figliola and he preceded her in death on Sept. 9, 2008.

She is survived by a daughter, Michele Vicars; a son, Joseph Figliola; 4 grandchildren: Guy, Dane, Anthony, and Michael; 3 great-grandchildren: Tagan, Gavin, and Stella; a sister, Rita Chamberlain; and a sister-in-law, Carole Wilson.

Beverly was an Altoona High School graduate. She worked with Blair County Special Learning for 11 years and went on to be a teacher’s assistant in the Altoona School District at Juniata Elementary.

Beverly was a volunteer for the Cancer Society and enjoyed spending her time working out at the gym.

Friends will be received from 9am until the 10am funeral home service Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021 in the Santella Funeral Home. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
