Catherine J. Cogan (Cathy DeStefano), 59, passed away at her home on June 18, 2026.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 3, 1966 to the late Joseph F. DeStefano and Margret R. DeStefano (Ruth Brown).
She was raised by her stepfather, “her daddy” John E. Dalby and her mother.
She was known and will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her generosity, big heart, spunkiness and her faith in God …all packed into a teeny tiny package.
She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
Per her request, she was cremated and no services will be held.
