Obituary

Clara and Martino, 90, a resident of Hillview Heatlthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Hollidaysburg, passed away on Wednesday. She was born in Clearfield, daughter of the late Daniel and Adeline (Lepre) Martin. On June 4, 1960, she married Daniel A. Martino Jr. at our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years; four children: Michele McMorrow, of Mass., Michael (Karen) Martino, of Mass., Diane Crowley, of Mass., and Joseph (Soraya) Martino, of Fl.; seven grandchildren: Matthew McMorrow, Jennifer McMorrow, David Martino, Samantha Martino, Robert Crowley, Hanna Martino, and Gianna Martino.

She was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Mary Sinisi, Rosella Pasquariello, and Ann Savine; and a brother, Charles Martin.

Clara attended Altoona schools and had been employed at Sylvania, but was a homemaker to her family. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She was interested in art and had made several paintings.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
