James “Duke” Webber, 73, of Altoona, PA entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025 in Altoona. James was born in Altoona, PA on Feb. 22, 1952 to the late Anna Marie (Smeltzer) and the late Thomas Webber. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by a brother Thomas E Webber. James is survived by his loving siblings Peg (Richard) Reed, Liz (Wes) Weimer, and Steve (Sheila) Webber. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are held by Santella Funeral Home
