Jean L. (Martino) Stefanini

Jean L. Stefanini, 87, Duncansville, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Carl and Angela (Santella) Martino. She later married Joseph A. Stefanini in 1958 and he preceded her in death on July 22, 2010.

She is survived by a son, Joseph M. Stefanini; 2 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Jerrold and Nancy Stefanini; 6 nieces and nephews: Jerrilyn Mock, Andrew (Wydell) Stefanini, Allen Stefanini, Melinda Fleck, Lyndsey (Chad) Lawson, and Matthew Stefanini; 6 great-nieces; 2 great-nephews; and two cousins: Bobo Spina and Roberta Butterick.

She was preceded in death by siblings: Carl Martino Jr., Jenny (Martino) Spina, Ruth, Daniel, Robert, and Anthony Martino; brother-in-law, John Stefanini; and sister-in-law, Nancy Stefanini.

Jean was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved watching her soap operas and enjoyed spending time with her family.

A private viewing and service will be held at the convenience of the family. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Santella Funeral Home.
