Jeffrey S. Allen

Jeffery Scott Allen, 59 of Altoona, PA passed peacefully on Friday evening surrounded by family, close friends, and his faithful dog Toby.

Jeff was the only son of Jerome P. Allen and Jane Irene Michael Allen. He was preceded in death by his loving mother. He is survived by his father Jerry, his three daughters Shanae Allen-Wertz, Sarah Allen Diaz, and Marah Zimmerman, and granddaughter Zophia Wertz. 

He loved riding his Harley, hunting, and fishing with friends, and was very proud of his Irish heritage. He traveled far and wide when he was the proud owner of Allen Truckin' and to visit family in Ireland. His favorite places were the mountain passes and trout-filled rivers of Montana. He had an artist’s eye, was kind, sentimental, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

He will be dearly missed.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
