Jessica Irvin Obituary
Jessica D. Irvin, 32, Altoona, passed away from a brief illness on Monday at her residence.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of John and Marjory (Brown) Caputo. She married Eric Irvin.
Surviving are her parents; a sister, Jennifer Caputo; a brother, John (Pam) Caputo; a nephew, Ryan Hostler; three nieces: Leah Hostler and Gianna and Sophia Caputo; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jessica was a graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2010 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in elementary education.
She was a very artistic person who enjoyed making crafts for her nieces and nephew. She also enjoyed walking and spending time with her dog, Daisy.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Santella Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery. In memory of Jessica, contributions may be given to Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
