Kay M. Cross

Kay M. Cross, 75, Altoona, passed away Tuesday evening at her home. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late George and Harriett (Orr) Soust. She later married Donald T. Cross and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Cross; two granddaughters: Alexis Dees and Katie Barr; and 5 great-grandchildren: Braxton, Lincoln, and Killian Brunner, Everleigh Barr, and Violet Pugh.

Kay was a Bellwood High School graduate and worked as a secretary/accountant for several different companies through her working years.

She had a huge love of animals and gave a safe and warm home to many animals over the years. She was also heavily involved in the Aids for Animals, Laws for Paws group. 

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
