Kevin L. Foor, 61, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald and Edna (Clinger) Foor. He is survived by six siblings: Cheryl (Bob) McManus, Don (Mary) Foor, Tim Foor, Barbara (Bill) Vickers, Sue Wolfe and Beth Foor; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four siblings: Judith Martin, Donna Green, Kathy Foor and Scott Foor. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services.
