Lawrence Carothers Obituary
Lawrence B. “Blair” Carothers, 70, Bellwood, passed away Thursday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Bellwood, son of the late Walter and Ruth (MacFarlane) Carothers.
He is survived by his loving wife; step-children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and brother, Walt Carothers.
Lawrence served in the United States Marine Corps.
He was a diesel mechanic and loved old cars and trucks. He was also a lover of dogs.
He drove truck for 35 years and was known as “Chaser.”
At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
