Margaret R. (Lutz) Calabrese
Obituary
Margaret R. Calabrese, 88, Willow Street, passed away Saturday at Lancaster General Hospital.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late John and Frieda (Sutter) Lutz. On April 11, 1953, she married John M. Calabrese at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. He preceded her in death on June 11, 2006.
She is survived by a son, John Joseph Calabrese, of Naples, Fla.; two grandchildren, Michael Calabrese and Danielle Flynn; and three great-grandchildren.
Margaret was a 1952 graduate of Altoona High School and in retired from Warnaco Corporation in 1993.
Friends will be received from 11a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Santella Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 pm Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at St. Mark’s Church, Altoona. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
