March 16, 1990 – July 23, 2024

Michelle Catherine Patterson, 34, of Altoona, PA, passed away Tuesday evening at Hershey Medical Center. 

Michelle’s greatest joy came from spending time with her three beloved children, Briley, Raelynn, and Cory. She was also passionately committed to helping others on their journeys to recovery. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering belief in the strength of the human spirit touched many lives.

She was the daughter of Theresa (Musto) Polheber and the late Chester Patterson. She is survived by three beautiful children, Briley Beard, Raelynn Moroschok, and Cory Moroschok, of Altoona, PA.; four sisters, Elizabeth (McHugh) Kahn of Haddonfield, NJ, Jessica (Timothy) Goodfellow and their children, Cameron Sicola and Aliyah Goodfellow, of Altoona, Christine Patterson and partner Evan Gooding of Philadelphia, and Jamie Goss, and her daughter Angelique Goss.

Friends will be received from 5-7pm Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in the Santella Funeral Home, 1106-8th Ave. Altoona PA 16602, where a Celebration of Life service will be held following the visitation at 7pm.
