Rita worked at Vincent Horwitz Shoe Factory before becoming a dedicated mother to her

Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Her grandchildren loved going to their
Grandma’s for holiday gatherings. She also hosted many New Year’s Eve parties for the
grandchildren when they were young. Everyone loved her homemade pizza and Italian sugar
cookie recipes which she passed onto to her grandchildren.
Rita was the rock of the Family for her continual strength and support and made everyone’s life
easier. We will remember Rita for her kindness, love, and for always being present in our lives.
We will miss Rita dearly, but we are so grateful for the time we had to spend with her and will
always feel her presence in our hearts.
