Sandra Mort Obituary

Sandra M. Mort, 76, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Michael and Rose (Vitello) Mort.

She is survived by 3 sisters: Mary Ann Mort, Pauline (Jeff) Cox and Linda Lear; a brother, Michael Richard (Patty) Mort; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; a great-great-nephew; and her dog, Charlie.

Sandra was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Brown.

Sandra retired as a medical transcriptionist. She enjoyed traveling and knitting throughout the year to donate hats to the St. Vincent de Paul.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
