Teglund "Teg" Wood II

Teglund “Teg” Wood II, 52, Altoona, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday. He was born in Altoona, son of Donna (Freet) and the late Teglund Wood.

He is survived by his mother; a brother, Jeffrey Wood; an aunt, Patty (Ken) Waite; and 2 cousins: Britt and Jennifer (Matt) Mallery.

Teg was a graduate of Altoona High School and spent time in the Army Reserves. He worked for W.S. Lee as a forklift operator.

He loved playing cards and had a passion for sports that included the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates.

A memorial service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Santella Funeral Home.
