Verna Ann Hufford

Verna Ann Hufford, 89, of Stanton, CA, originally of Altoona, passed away on Wednesday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Andy and Carmel Consalvo.

She is survived by a daughter, Leslie Reinmiller; 3 sons: Thomas Hufford, and wife Kate, Steve Hufford and Glenn Hufford, and wife Paula Massie; 4 grandchildren: Sarah Hufford, Brandon Hufford, Logan Hufford and Tory Massie; and 2 great-grandchildren: Ava Hufford and Lyla Hufford.

Verna was an Altoona High School graduate. She worked as a pharmacy tech for Walmart and a manager for Broadway Department Store.

She loved to work with her church for the Christmas Bazaar.

She was a member of St. Henry’s Church in Owasso, O.K. and a member of the St. Henry’s Women’s Club.

Friends will be received from 10am to 11am on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 in the Santella Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated following the visitation at 11am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
