Yolanda J. Levy, 61, Bellwood, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday. She was born in Newark, NJ, daughter of the late John and Josephine (Raia) Cerro.
She is survived by two daughters: Amanda Levy and Lauren Levy (Brian); a son, Daniel Levy (Andrea); 4 grandchildren: Julien, Jayden, and Gianna Alvarez, and Cali Levy; a sister, Victoria (Dominic) Savini; and a brother, Frank (Suzanne) Cerro.
Yolanda graduated from Frank H. Morrell High School in Irvington, NJ. She worked many years as an office and payroll manager for several companies.
Yolanda loved antiquing and collecting pictures. She enjoyed playing the piano, cooking and baking, especially for her grandkids. She had a true green thumb and could save any plant. She loved her cat Presha and always looked forward to her long phone calls with her dear friend, Barbara Priolo.
Yolanda was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and used to sing in the choir with her father.
Friends will be received from 10am until the 12pm memorial service, Monday, Oct. 19, 2020 in the Santella Funeral Home. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
